2 onions
1lg. green pepper
4 stocks celery
1/2 cup vinegar or to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 - 3 lbs hamburger
1/2 bottle catsup (1 1/4 cup)
1/2 bottle cocktail sauce
1 bud garlic
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash tabasco (optional) I do not do this

Directions:
Directions:
Put the onions, green pepper, and celery through a grinder or food processor. Brown hamburger and drain. Add all other ingredients and cook slowly until all blends well together. Mixture should cook down enough that it can easily be served on buns. We used to bring this sauce on family picnics.
