Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 pound bacon
1 can whole kernel corn
1 bottle ketchup
1 pound 85% lean ground beef
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes, boil to par-boil stage (still a little hard), then drain and let cool to stop the cooking. While potatoes are boiling, dice bacon into small pieces and fry to crispy in skillet or dutch oven. Drain off most of bacon fat. Add diced onion, brown until transparent and a wonderful aroma comes from your skillet. Add and break up ground beef in the bacon/onion mixture to cook down. Lastly add a drained can of whole kernel corn and bottle of ketchup. Let simmer for 25 minutes. Serve hot. You can serve more people by adding more potatoes and hamburger.
