1 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon (optional)
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Frosting:
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 lb. conf. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside. Beat eggs in bowl. Beat in sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts. Turn into greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 350* for 60 - 65 minutes. Cool in pan.

Frosting:
Blend cream cheese and margarine. Slowly beat in sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth and fluffy.
