2 Pkg Frozen Peas ( 350 gr each )
3 Tbsp. Margarine
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Can Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
1 Tsp. Dried Mint
Dash Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the peas according to package directions. Drain.
Microwave margarine until melted (30-45 secs) and add onion. Microwave until onions are tender (1-1/2 mins)
Add onion mixture to peas and stir in drained mushrooms, mint and salt to taste.
Cover and microwave for 30 - 60 secs or until heated through
Approx 6 servings
