7 eggs separated
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. In another bowl, beat egg yolks for 2 minutes then add to egg whites. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Spread onto a greased and lined cookie sheet with wax paper. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.

Dampen a cloth and remove wax paper and roll up and cool.

Fill with jam or lemon pie filler and roll up and cut.
