Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

2 lbs hamburger meat
6 bell peppers
10 oz sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom
3 cups shredded Mexican style cheese
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat (once the meat is half cooked) add onion, celery, green onion, garlic and Tony's and finish browning the meat. Mix sour cream, cream of mushroom, egg and half shredded cheese into a bowl. Drain browned hamburger meat then put back in skillet and add the remaining cheese (saving enough to top the peppers). Melt and mix then add to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Cut top out of the peppers and stuff with the mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes on 350.
