1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
48 mini Oreo Cookies
1 1/2 cups cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, 6 tbsps. peanut butter, egg and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until blended.

Scoop 2 tbsp. cake batter into each of the 24 paper muffin tins. Spoon 1/2 tbsp. cream cheese mixture over batter in each muffin tin. Top with 1 cookie then cover evenly with 2 tbsp. cake batter.

Bake for 22 minutes at 350º F or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.

Mix whipped topping with remaining 2 tbsp. peanut butter with wire whisk until blended. Spread over cupcake and then top with cookie.

Store cupcakes in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
