cup light mayo
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2, half cups of shredded cheese (1 half goes in, and the other half goes on top)
1 head of broccoli chopped
1 head of cauliflower chopped
cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl. Put in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and cover. Bake @ 350 for one hour covered.
