2 pieces of Salmon
4 tsp Coconut oil (or butter)
salt and pepper to taste
1 Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Make 2 small cuts in the thickest part of the salmon and place room temperature coconut oil (or butter) inside. Slice half of the lemon and place 2 pieces on each salmon. Squeeze the other half over both pieces of salmon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in deep pan and cover with tin foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on the size of the salmon.
