8 oz. cream cheese
1 cube butter (1/2 cup)
2 Tblsp. vanilla (to taste. May use a bit less?)
1 box of powdered sugar. (A box is usually close to 4 cups)
May add almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and butter should be close to room temperature. Add vanilla. Mix well and add powdered sugar gradually.

I love almond flavoring, so usually add half vanilla and half almond when using it for cinnamon rolls or sugar cookies.
