12 jalapeņo peppers (slice in half, remove seeds and WEAR GLOVES)
6 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces Chorizo Mexican Sausage
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped



Directions:

Mix the above ingredients together and stuff into pepper halves. Place on foil covered cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
