1 medium Zucchini
2 large Tomatoes
1 medium Onion
1/2 c Grated Cheese
3 slices Bacon
butter
salt and pepper
buttered Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In buttered casserole dish, layer peeled and chopped tomato, chopped onion and thinly sliced zucchini. Dot with butter and scatter cheese and crisp, crumbled bacon over each layer; salt and pepper lightly. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 400º for one hour. Uncover for the last 20 minutes.
