2 sticks margarine
1 c water
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vanilla
Frosting
1 stick margarine
5 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Bring margarine and water to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt. In a bowl beat together eggs, sour cream, baking soda and vanilla. Add to hot mixture and beat well. Bake in a well greased 15 x 10 pan at 375º about 16 - 20 minutes.
Frosting
Bring margarine and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Pour over warm cake.
