1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs (can use cinnamon graham crackers)
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c melted butter
1 - 16 oz can pumpkin
1 qt vanilla or French vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Mix crumbs with sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch square pan. Combine pumpkin with brown sugar, salt and spices. Fold in ice cream. Pour mixture into crumb-lined pan, cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares and top with whipped topping.
