1 lb. Beef (ground)
1 lb. Stew Meat
12-14 Red Potatoes
3 Onion (large chopped)
3 pkg. carrots (baby)
1 C. Celery (stalk chopped)
3 C. Mushrooms (sliced)
1 pkg Peas (frozen)
1 pkg Corn (frozen)
2 tbsp. Beef Base
Water to cover
3 tbsp. Corn Starch (mixed in 1/2 of Water (cold)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat and stew meat together in a Dutch oven. Add vegetables to meat. Add water to cover. Cook for 1 hr at low boil. When cooked add cornstarch as thickener.

Civil War style of Cooking: You need to cook with Dutch oven on 15 bottom coals
