1/2 c. softened butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla in a bowl until light and fluffy.

Add dry cake mix. Stir until the dough is well combined.

Place powdered sugar into a small bowl, set aside.

Roll spoonfuls of the cookie dough into small balls, dip and roll each dough ball in the powdered sugar until fully covered.

Place cookie balls w inches apart on a baking sheet and bake at 350º for 12 minutes.

You can chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes in order to make it easier to roll out and cut into shapes. You can then coat in powdered sugar and place on cookie sheet for baking.
