10 chicken thighs
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
6 red potatoes, quartered with skin
2 bell peppers
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 lemons, sliced

Directions:

Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Step 2
In a flat bowl mix together brown sugar, italian seasoning well.

Step 3
Coat chicken well with most of the brown sugar mix... sit aside about a 1/3 cup.

Step 4
Put 2 tbsp of butter in your skillet and brown chicken on both sides about 3-4 minutes each. Remove chicken from skillet and sit into your baking dish with all the juices from the pan.

Step 5
Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and lemon slices. sprinkle with the remainder of brown sugar mix, kosher salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour. Mix gently as it cooks
