2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream shortening and brown sugar together. Add peanut butter. Mix well. Beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Alternate with milk. Add vanilla. Mix well. Grease and flour muffin pans. Fill half full.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
