3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. canned milk
1 c. white sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together with handheld electric mixer and pour into casserole dish.

Mix together ingredients for topping until crumbly and put on top of sweet potatoes. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350º.
