8 oz. pork sausage
1/4 c.. green onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. mushrooms, bell peppers or any other veggies you like
4 oz. smoked Gouda cheese
4 large eggs, beaten
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Press the raw pork sausage evenly into the bottom of a glass or non-stick pie dish.
Cover evenly with your chopped vegetables.
Top with grated or thinly slivered smoked Gouda cheese.
Beat eggs and slowly pour the egg over the top. You may need to rearrange the loose ingredients.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until center is set.
Cut and serve.
