1/3 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/8 t. cloves
3/4 c. applesauce
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Frost with confectoners sugar frosting. 1 dozen
