1 apple (chopped into bite size pieces)
1 Tablespoon peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 teaspoon vanilla or plain yoghurt
slivered almonds (or walnuts...)
dried fruit (cherries, golden raisins...)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine your peanut butter and yogurt in a small bowl. The yogurt is used to make the peanut butter smooth enough to mix. Add more or less yogurt to taste. Add in your nuts, fruit and apple pieces and mix.
