Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
sleeve of saltines
16 oz almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Cover your pan with a single layer of saltines.
On stove top, melt your butter and sugar until it boils. Lower heat and simmer 5-6 minutes, until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture over your crackers.
Place your pan in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. It should look bubbly. While your toffee is in oven, melt almond bark according to instructions on package. I melted mine in the microwave, heating for short increments and stirring each time.
Remove pan from oven and let it sit for just a few minutes to set up just a little. Pour your melted almond bark on and then spread it around to cover your toffee. Cool completely and break into pieces.
