1 - 9" graham cracker pie crust
1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Milk
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (1 or 2 lemons)

Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 Teaspoon cream of tarter
6 Tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare graham cracker pie crust or use ready made.

Mix in medium bowl, Eagle Brand Milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Top with meringue.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites until white, gradually add sugar while continuing to beat. Beat until still peaks are formed. Do not over beat or it will be dry.
Gently spoon over pie filling. Be sure to seal around the edges good or meringue will shrink. Bake in 350º until slightly browned. (About 10-12 minutes) Turn off oven and open door slightly and let pie cool in oven. Hopefully this will prevent sweat drops on pie.
