1 c. HeartSmart Bisquick Pancake and Baking Mix
1 c. Bob's Red Mill Unprocessed Miller's Wheat Bran
1 Large Egg
1 1/4 c. Skim Milk
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Saigon Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

STIR ingredients until blended.
POUR by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
COOK until bubbles break on surface. TURN and cook until golden brown.
