1 can or jar of artichoke heart, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Romano cheese (reserve 1/4 c. for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spread into a pie plate or onto halve Italian bread.
Sprinkle with 1/4 c. Romano cheese.
Bake 20-30 minutes 350º
