3 large sweet potatoes
3 Granny Smith apples
c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. salt
tsp. cinnamon
c. butter, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 40-45 min; drain and cool slightly. Peel potatoes and cut into inch slices.

Peel, core and thinly slice apples into rings.

Combine brown sugar, peel, salt and cinnamon.

Arrange potato slices and apple slices in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar mix and dot evenly with half of the butter. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve warm.
