1 cup milk
7 TBS flour
c. butter, softened
c. shortening
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and flour in a saucepan and cook until thick. Cover & refrigerate. (I often do this the night before) In a mixing bowl, beat butter & shortening, adding the sugar a little at a time, until creamy. Add the vanilla and flour mixture and beat for 10 minutes. Frost the cooled cake.
