2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
c. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. sugar
c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee, buttermilk, & vanilla. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. (Batter will be thin). Pour into two greased and floured 9 round pans. Bake at 350o for 40-45 minutes.
Cool cake 15 minutes before removing from pans.
