beef top round - 1000 grams
butter - 1/2 cup
cooking oil - 1 tbsp
garlic - 30 grms
onion - 500 grams
tomato paste 50 grams
tomato sauce 1kg
banana catsup - 1cup
liquid seasoning - 50ml
soy sauce - 30ml
cheddar cheese - 100grams
liver spread - 1 can
salt and pepper to taste

in a casserole, put butter an cooking oil. sautee garlic and onion until transparently loosen, add the beef and stir fry for a minute or until golden brown, add the tomato paste stir until smooth then add the tomato sauce sauce and the rest of the ingredients,bring to a boil and simmer for 45mins- or till tender the beef of you like.
