Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. peach syrup
3-1/2 c. drained canned peach slices
1 jar (1 3/4 oz.) cinnamon candies
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make pastry for 8" two-crust pie. Heat oven to 350º. Mix sugar, corn starch, and peach syrup and cook until thickened. Add peach slices and cinnamon candies; mix. Put in crust and dot with the butter. Cover with the top crust and cover edges of crust with foil to prevent burning. Bake until bubbly and browned.

You will have to bake it longer than if you baked at 425º but it will bake evenly and won't burn. This is the way I bake all of my pies.

Personal Notes:
This is one of my favorite pies. The others are: hot and cold.
