1 (8-ounce) package low-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened

1 c. powdered sugar, sift after measuring

1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

3 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp nonfat milk

Directions:
Directions:
With an electric mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
Slowly add nonfat milk and beat until it's a good spreading consistency- about 1 minute.
