1 1/2 lbs., boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1/2 - 1 whole green Bell Pepper, julienned
1/2 - 1 whole sweet red pepper, julienned
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 T. vegetable oil
2 T. butter or margarine
3 - 4 French or Italian sandwich rolls, split
1 can (4 oz.) whole green chilies, drained and halved (optional)
5 - 6 slices Swiss chees

In a large skillet, cook steak, peppers and onion in oil until meat reaches desired doneness and vegetables are soft. Spread butter on rolls; top with meat mixture, chilies and cheese. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
