Mayonaise
Sour cream
plain yogurt

To make a variety of flavors try the following.
- Tex Mex:add cumin, fine dice onion, fine dice fresh jalapeņo, cilantro,lime juice.
- New York style: add capers , red onion, lemon juice, top with smoked salmon.
- Indian: curry powder, rice vinegar, celery, cilantro
- Seafood: Old bay seasoning, lemon, spring onion, top with sliced shrimp
- Mediterranean: olive oil, red onion, lemon juice, kalamata olives, oregano
Remember when using any dairy product to keep the food item chilled properly.
