1 Cup Uncle Ben's Wild & Brown Rice
1 Stick Butter
1 Envelope Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
2 Cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up 1 stick of butter with 2 cups of water - microwave to melt butter.
Place melted butter & water in a baking dish.
Add 1 Cup of the rice and 1 Envelope of onion soup mix.
Stir well - and cook in a 350 - 375 oven until rice is tender.
