1 can pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup copped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips or more for your liking

Directions:

In mixer combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, baking powder, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Dissolve soda in milk and add to the mixture. Then add vanilla, nuts,chocolate chips and mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes in a 375º oven.
