8 OUNCES SPAGHETTI
1 1/4 POUNDS GROUND BEEF
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
1 SOUP CAN OF WATER
1 CUP SHREDDED MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE

COOK SPAGHETTI AS DIRECTED.DRAIN AND SET ASIDE.
BROWN THE GROUND BEEF WITH THE ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPER.
IN A CASSEROLE DISH MIX THE SOUPS AND WATER. ADD THE BROWNED GROUND BEEF MIXTURE, THE SPAGHETTI AND THE CHEESE. MIX WELL. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
