1 package frozen chopped broccoli (or the equivalent of fresh) 1 cup of stock 1 medium onion coarsely chopped 1 t corinader powder 1 t garlic powder 3 fresh garlic cloves 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 T butter 1 cup sour cream
cook broccoli, onion, garlic, and spices in stock until vegetables are done. Put into blender in small batches if necessary. Add mushroom soup, butter and sour cream. Blend until smooth. Serve hot or cold.
