1 lb. Elbow Macaroni (cooked)
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 C. Muenster Cheese (shredded)
1/2 C. Mild Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 C. Monterey Cheese (shredded)
1 C. Evaporated Milk
1 C. Milk
1 C. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain, toss with vegetable oil and pour into large mixing bowl. Add cheeses, butter, eggs, salt and pepper, both milks and mix. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
