2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/3 c milk
2 cans tuna, drained (6 1/2 oz each)
1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/3 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet relish
6 slices American cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine baking mix, mayonnaise and the milk; stir until soft dough forms, beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into 12 x 8 rectangle on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450º about 8 minutes until light brown. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices . Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted about 5 minutes.
