3 cups blanched cauliflower
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 large pepper sliced thinly
8 oz jumbo ripe olives
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 TBSP prepared dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic - slivered
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cups broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cauliflower, pepper, tomatoes and olives. Make dressing. Pour over the vegetables (except for the broccoli) and marinate several hours to overnight. Add the broccoli just before serving.
