1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 1.2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 Beef Tenderloin, trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Completely coat tenderloin with the olive oil. Combine all the spices and rub over tenderloin.
Cover and chill for 8 hours.
Bake at 500º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 345º and cook another 20 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
Let stand 10 minutes or more before slicing to serve.
