2 bags croutons
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
4 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 lb bacon chopped and browned
1 lb mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Place the croutons in a buttered 9x12 baking dish
Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and mustard
Saute mushrooms in a little of the left over bacon grease. Spread evenly over the croutons.
Pour the egg and milk mixture on top of mushrooms and croutons.
On top spread the cheese and bacon pieces.

Bake at 325 for 50 minutes
