2 pkgs. Instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. whole milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
Pkg. Graham crackers

Icing:
Stick butter
6 tbsp milk
6 tbsp cocoa
2 c. powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together pudding, milk, and cool whip.
Put a layer of graham crackers in bottom of 9x12 baking dish
Put half pudding mixture on top and spread to cover, then another layer of crackers, pudding and end with a layer of crackers.

Melt butter in pan on top of stove. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil and mix well.
Pour evening over crackers and pudding in the dish.
Refrigerate over night.
Cut into squares to serve.
