4 C. Potatoes (cubed)
3 tbsp. Butter
1 Onion (large diced)
1 Celery Stalk (small and diced)
1 can Kidney Beans (small)
1/4 C. Rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 C. Tomatoes (cooked)
1 lb. Hamburger
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in bottom of buttered casserole, add other ingredients, putting hamburger on as the last layer, season and add water. Bake 375º for 1 1/2 hours.
