3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 t. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. apples, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add oil and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients to form stiff dough. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until brown.
