1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
5 qts of popcorn (more or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil the butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda until the mixture is frothy. Pour over popcorn (I use a turkey roasting pan). Bank in oven for 1 hour @ 200º, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir until cool (so it doesn't stick together in one big lump.
