Directions:
Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large warm bowl. Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved. Add lukewarm milk mixture, egg and 1 1/2 c. flour; beat until smooth. Add enough more flour to make a stiff dough. Turn onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 - 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turn to grease top. Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk about 1 hour.

Combine 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Punch down dough and divide in half. Roll each half into a rectangle, 14"x9". Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly to form 9" rolls. Seal edges firmly. Cut each roll into 9 equal pieces. Place on greased baking sheets, cut side up. Press down to flatten rolls. Cover; let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
