2/3 c 160 mL Oil
1 c 250 mL Sugar
2 c 500 mL Flour
2 tsp 10 mL Baking Soda
1/2 tsp 2.5 mL Salt
3 Eggs

Streusel:
1/3 c 80 mL Margarine, melted
1/2 c 125 mL Sugar
1/2 c 125 mL Brown Sugar
1/2 c 125 mL Oats
1 c 250 mL Chopped nuts

Directions:

Note: Use starter left over after giving 3 cups away to friends.

1. Preheat oven to 350 * F, Grease and flour 9 X 13 baking pan.
2. Mix 1st set of ingredients in with remaining starter.
3. Spoon half of batter into pan.
4. Combine streusel ingredients, and sprinkle half on top of batter in pan.
5. Cover with remaining batter, and sprinkle with rest of streusel.
6. Bake 35-40 minutes.
