Ingredients:  
-2 lbs pork loin (or chicken, I used chicken)
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-5 cloves garlic
-1 tbsp rice wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
-1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated or minced
-1/2 jalapeņo, minced
-1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
-Combine all ingredients in your Crock Pot and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
Shred pork/chicken in the Crock Pot.

-Boil 1 cup of white rice on the stove.

-Serve over white rice and greens (lettuce, spinach), on a tortilla.
